Lemon Sole Fillets in Marsala

Serves 2

2 Lemon Sole Fillets 50g Butter Sea Salt and Black Pepper 125ml Marsala Wine Parsley Butter

Preheat the oven to 190ºC/375ºF/Gas 5. Arrange the Lemon Sole Fillets in a well-buttered oven-proof casserole dish. Sprinkle the Fish with salt and pepper; pour marsala over it and dot with the remaining butter. Cover and cook in the preheated oven for 20 minutes. Serve topped with pats of parsley butter. Serve with rice timbales
