Mackerel Fillets

Preheat the oven to 190ºC/ 375ºF/Gas 5.
Place the Mackerel Fillets in an ovenproof dish and pour over the juice of the lemon and the juice of half the orange, season to taste. Peel and cut the remaining half orange into segments and arrange over the fish. Cover with foil and bake for 25-30 minutes. Sprinkle with black pepper. S erve with a watercress salad and crusty bread. |
