4 Pork Loin

Chop the mixed herbs, shallot and garlic and mix with the butter, add the mustard and season with pepper. Spoon the mixture onto cling film and roll into a sausage shape, chill in the fridge until required. Rinse the Pork Loin Steaks under cold running water and pat dry with kitchen paper; bring to room temperature and rub with 1 tsp sea salt. Preheat the grill to medium-high and cook the steaks on each side for 4-5minutes; allowing to rest for 5 minutes before serving with the slices of the herb butter. Serve with baked potatoes |
