Produced on the Isle of Lewis by a small family firm in Stornoway, this delicious pudding is packed with moist onions and lightly seasoned. Superb for late breakfasts and brunches, but so hard to find, especially of this quality. Simply cut into rounds and fry in a little oil for a satisfying and unusual brunch - real foodies will have a field day.
