Our Langoustines are harvested where the marine environment is rich in pure, unsullied food sources. This 'natural larder' imparts the unique flavour and texture that delights gourmets the world over. Our King Scallops mature in the cold deep waters off the Scottish coast giving them a compact texture and sweet flavour. Our shellfish come individually quick frozen, so you can pick out exactly the quantity you require for either a starter or a main course.
