Rediscover the old-fashioned flavour

Our new Ox Cheeks are similar to Calf's Cheeks, but with a much more intense, beefy flavour. Very hard to find anywhere else, ours are trimmed to an exceptionally high standard, so there's hardly any fat or sinew. They taste fantastic braised whole in red wine or stock - after a few hours in the pot the meat is velvety smooth, and the gravy is thick and delicious.
