Storage and Handling
Each guinea fowl has been professionally frozen for maximum freshness, and should be placed immediately into your own freezer
Keep frozen below -18°C
To defrost, leave in the wrapping on a tray and thaw out slowly in the refrigerator over a period of at least 24 hours, or until thorougly defrosted.
Once defrosted, keep refrigerated at 0 - 5°C and use within 48 hours.
Remove from refrigerator at least 20 minutes prior to cooking to allow the guinea fowl to come to room temperature. Remove wrapping, rinse inside and out, and pat dry before cooking.
Do not re-freeze once defrosted.
