A traditional cut of lamb that's perfect for braising
This old-fashioned cut makes delicious comfort-food. Simply brown in a pan and braise slowly in red wine with root vegetables. The sweet and tender meat simply falls off the bone. Serve one per person, with heaps of mashed potatoes.
