If you're one of the people who has been longing for us to offer Salmon En Croûte once again, then the waiting's over. The rich flavours of pure salmon fillet are set off perfectly by our exclusive recipe of wild rice, spinach and cream cheese, all enclosed in crispy, light puff pastry. Each one cooks in just 15 minutes and tastes just like eating in a restaurant .

Once defrosted do not re-freeze

Preparation Advice
Defrost in fridge overnight. Carefully remove En Croûte from packaging, leaving on baking paper.
Preheat oven to 200°C/400°F/Gas 6 along with a baking tray. Brush pastry with beaten egg yolk. Place the En Croûte (still on baking paper) on to the pre-heated baking tray and cook for 15-18 minutes until crisp and golden.
Remove from oven and leave to rest for up to 5 minutes.
To serve, carefully lift the En Croûte from baking paper.
