This superb roast has the intense, traditional beefy taste of sirloin steak, and it's ideal for big lunches of up to 10 people. Our butchers cut it to the highest specification, from the best part of the sirloin, with a self-basting layer on top for succulence. Underneath, the meat is wonderfully lean and even-textured.
