Butterflied pork loin - a juicy and sweet treat
Our butchers and head chef tried lots of different cuts of pork before deciding on juicy, succulent loin. They trimmed off all the excess fat and gristle, so it's just prime meat, and then 'butterflied' it - opening it out flat so it cooks quickly.
