A little-known cut that becomes meltingly tender after slow-cooking, these are superb braised whole on a bed of root vegetables. Being more delicate in taste than beef, the flavours of the vegetables, herbs and other ingredients can really come to the fore. And, because our Calf's Cheeks come 'kitchen-ready' there's no preparation needed - you just cook, slice and serve.
